Guidelines for cleaning radios during COVID-19

Radios are often a shared resource, handled and used in close proximity to the face before being passed from one person to another at shift changes.  We now know this disease is spreading largely in the workplace, thus hygiene at work is absolutely critical.  Cleaning and sanitation of radios is essential to ensure the safety of your employee’s, and the community, as business continues to operate through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pandemic work from home connectivity upgrade

Businesses have had to rapidly change the way we operate in recent months. Huge numbers of Australians are now working from home. For a number of businesses this has been a successful transition and many workers may continue working from home even when this pandemic is behind us.
For many of us, limited space in the family home, means our home office set up can be less than ideal for fast and reliable internet connectivity. Which leads to reduced levels of productivity and employee satisfaction.
National Wireless have a simple, effective and affordable solution to ensure your home based employee’s can work efficiently at home: Cambium Networks Bridge-in-a-Box.

End Of Financial Year Stock Clearance

National Wireless have a large range of clearance and ex demo radios and accessories that we need to clear ahead of stock take! Many products are reduced to half price with significant reductions on others.

Guidelines for cleaning radios during COVID-19

Radios are often a shared resource, handled and used in close proximity to the face before being passed from one person to another at shift changes.  As a result, cleaning and sanitation of radios is critical to ensure the safety of our employee’s, and the community, as business ramps back up as we come out the other side of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Per global health authorities, removing germs, dirt and impurities from surfaces lowers the risk of spreading infection. Using chemical disinfectants may kill germs that remain on surfaces after cleaning, which further lowers the risk of spreading infection.

ACMA Licence Update – Beat the price increase!

Are your radio licences up to date?
Just like the annual registration on your car, radio licenses need to be renewed every year and significant fines can apply when they lapse. If you use two way radio and are not aware of your licensing, it is a good idea to check. As organisations evolve and addresses change radio licensing information is not always updated.
