The recent emergence of the delta variant of COVID-19 has caused new disruption to our lives and businesses. We want to assure our customers that with offices and staff located in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Hobart, National Wireless are still fully operational.
Our goal is to support you to keep operating safely and efficiently during this time, many of you delivering essential services for the economy. Local Government Area restrictions and border restrictions, do mean we cannot physically get to some of our customers right now. That doesn’t mean we can’t assist you, thanks to online technologies enabled by the NBN:
- Our sales team can meet with you via phone and web conference.
- Our engineers and technicians can, in many cases, remotely access your communications systems to diagnose and fix some faults.
- Our depot repair service remains up and running, we can help organise collection and return* of your radios, to and from our depot, as required.
As always our priority is the safety and well being of our staff and customers. We continue to review and update our Covid-19 policy’s and procedures, to ensure we are operating in line with best practice based on the latest health information. We are an accredited COVID Safe workplace.
