New Account Manager at National Wireless

We would like to introduce you to our new Solutions Development Manager, Phil Clarke.
Phil brings engineering qualifications and 20 years business communications experience, in both engineering and sales roles, to National Wireless. We are sure his technical and sales credentials will ensure he is an asset for National Wireless and our customers.


September Update at National Wireless

August and September were a busy couple of months at National Wireless.   Our sales team attended two exciting events, we have Push to talk Over Cellular technology up and running and ready to demonstrate and a new  team member joined us in our Adelaide office.

PoC technology has taken off following the rollout of the 4G network, offering what could be considered a convergence of two-way radio and mobile technologies.  For improved productivity and efficiency many organisations are adopting Push-To-Talk over Cellular which provides instant communications with large coverage and national or international connectivity.


Important Update on ACMA Licence Fees

Are your radio licenses current?  Each year the ACMA updates its licence and administration fees. These updates will occur on 5th April 2019. Annual licence fees have increased approximately 2% across the board.

National Wireless Phone System Upgrade

National Wireless are upgrading our phone systems.  Having recently switched over to the NBN, our phone system is transitioning to Voice Over Internet Protocol.  With the NBN, VOIP has become the norm and indeed the majority of fixed phone lines will be switched off.

There may be outages to our phone system as we switch over.  If you do encounter trouble getting us on the phone, please send an email to sales@natwire.com and we will endeavour to return your call as quickly as possible.
